Quarantine (place of isolated files)
A danger foreseen is half avoided. Spyware can be installed on your computer with and without your agreement. If you remove Spyware, the software, Spyware was installed with, sometimes does not function and operate any longer. Therefore only delete applications, if you know for a certainty that you do not need the program any longer and be sure that all other applications on your computer function smooth and perfectly. When you run a scan and remove malicious software, in the first step Ashampoo Anti-Malware does not permanently delete the found items. The remove and quarantine process at first encrypts and deactivates each item found, removes it from its original location (so the isolated threats have not a lasting effect on your system any longer), then copies it to the Quarantine folder. If you find that a program you need will not work properly after removing the associated items, you can restore it. Use the “Restore”-Button to restore the marked items. If you find that all of your programs run properly after removing the isolated item, you can permanently delete it by using the “Delete”-Button. This deletes the threats from the Quarantine folder, and you will not be able to restore the items. |
